I made Peach Cobbler Dump Cake

I made some Peach Cobbler,
because it sounded amazing.
And it was.
Also easy, only 3 ingredients!


Ingredients:
2 15 oz. Cans of Peaches
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 C butter

Step 1:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Put peaches in a 9x13 pan, juice and all.
Sprinkle Cake mix on top. Smash it down firmly.
Slice up butter and put on top of all of that.

Step 2:
Bake for 45 minutes.

EnJOY! for more enJOYment- put some ice cream on top!

It's a beautiful mix of hot&gooey with cold&creamy for your tastebuds.

Also, I love my mug. And cold weather calls for warm drinks.

I made Sweet Potato Gnocchi

Hello, it's been a while.
Today I was experimenting in the kitchen.
I wanted to make GNOCCHI
but didn't have all the ingredients,
so I made up my own thing!

This is probably best as an appetizer, or a side-dish.
It is super yummy though.
Mia tested and roommate approved!

Ingredients:
1 Sweet Potato
1 1/4 C Flour
1 Egg
1/2 tsp All Spice
1 tbs Brown Sugar+some for sprinkling
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbs Butter

Step 1:
If sweet potato isn't cooked. Wash it, poke it with a fork and then stick in the microwave for about 4-5 min.
Peel and mash with a fork.

Step 2:
In a bowl mix potato, flour, egg, all spice, brown sugar, and cinnamon. You made need to add a lil' extra flour.
Mix until it forms a big dough ball.

Step 3:
Take pieces of dough and roll into about 1/2' diameter snake.
Cut it into about 1' long pieces.

Step 4:
Boil water in a pot, put gnocchi in. Boil until all gnocchi floats to the top. Drain and put in serving dish.

Step 5:
Take the 2 tbs butter and brown in pot.
Pour over gnocchi and then sprinkle brown sugar on top.

Enjoy! It tastes like fall to me.
I loved it.

I made Sweet&Sour Chicken with Fried Rice

So I saw this on Pinterest, and noticed it was baked, 
I also love asian. So I made it.
And, it turned out SO yummy! 
Here is the Recipe

Sweet & Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken Coating:
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 C cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C canola oil

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
3/4 C sugar
4 TBS ketchup
1/2 C distilled white vinegar
1 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp garlic salt. 

Step 1:
Whisk together all of your sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rinse chicken breasts in water and cut into cubes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Dip chicken into cornstarch, then the eggs.

Step 3:
Heat your 1/4 cup oil in large skillet, and cook chicken until browned(more yellow-y)
but not cooked

Step 4:
Place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for one hour,
make sure you turn/mix chicken every 15 minutes. 

DONE!


Whilst baking the chicken make some yummy fried rice!
I'll give you the actual recipe, I kind of just threw things together using the same ingredients.

Fried Rice
Ingredients:
3 C cooked rice
3 tbs sesame oil (I used oil, then I just poured in some sesame dressing)
1 C frozen peas/carrots-thawed
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C soy sauce

Step 1:
On medium/high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet.
Add peas/carrots, onion, and garlic.
Stir fry until tender.

Step 2:
Lower heat to medium/low and push mixture off to one side.
pour eggs on the other side and fry until scrambled.
(I microwave cooked mine while I was frying the veggies. About 1 minute)

Step 3:
Add rice and soy sauce, blend all together. Stir fry until thoroughly heated.
