I know, I know, it is now Thanksgiving. Or even close to thanksgiving. But, I watched Soul Surfer yesterday. Which really put things into perspective for me. Like how my trials, though seem hard to me maybe at the time, really is not too bad.
In 8th grade I had 3 grand mal seizures, one of which was in front of my school, when the track team was jogging by. I don't remember that whole day when it happened. But what I do remember is how differently people acted around me after the rumors of it quickly spread through the school. It sucked, a lot. That's when I realized who my true friends were, and how amazing people can be.
I am so thankful for my supportive friends, new and old, and family who were and are always there for me. No. Matter. What.
I am also thankful for silly things. Duh, sometimes though, I think that those are the things that make life fun, and without them, it would kinda stink.

♫ I love the Mountins.. ♫

Okay, so here is a picture story of my hike up Adams canyon. Which is basically my backyard.
Definitely need to do it more often, especially since the trail starts in my neighborhood
and, it is one of the top 10 hikes in Utah.(At least that's what my mom says)

Looking out over Layton before entering Adams Canyon.

The river was super full from snow run-off

Pretty butterfly.. had issues focusing before it flew away.
