I made homemade Cheeze-Its

Today I found this recipe online
It's really easy, and seriously,
it tastes amazing.
It kinda has a pie crusty texture.
It makes about 70 1-inch crackers.

Also, I have grown a deep appreciation this year for normal kitchen gadgets
That I do not own at college.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 C (6 oz) grated, Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) softened, Unsalted Butter
3/4 C Flour, plus a little for dusting
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbs Milk
parchment paper

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350.
This is the part where if you are like me and don't have a food processor...
Put your cheese in a blender and blend it into itty bitty pieces.
(I had never used a Magic Bullet before, it was exciting. :P)

Step 2:
Mix everything together except for milk
It will look kinda crumby.
haha crumby... get it? jk

Step 3:
Add milk.
If you have a food processor, keep blending until it is a dough ball.
If you are like me and don't have one.
Mix it really really really well.
Then squash it into a dough ball.

Step 4:
Roll dough onto a floured surface.
Have it about the size of an 8x10 rectangle.
About 1/8 inch thick.
I also don't own a rolling pin. But cups work.

Step 5:
Cut dough into about 1-inch squares with
a pizza cutter, knife or any other sharp cutting tool.
Poke the center with a pointy object like a skewer.

Step 6:
Place crackers on Parchment Paper, on a baking sheet
With a little room in-between for growth.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Until the edges are golden.

Done! They taste like Cheeze-It's on steroids.
It's beautiful.
Also simple. Love you all!
Don't forget suggestions or comments.

Also, if you want super easy kinky hair, and your hair is dry.
Braid hair, spray with hairspray, and flatten with a straightener.
That's how my hair got kinky.
It's fun.
