So I saw this on Pinterest, and noticed it was baked,
I also love asian. So I made it.
And, it turned out SO yummy!
Here is the Recipe

Sweet & Sour Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken Coating:
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 C cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C canola oil

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
3/4 C sugar
4 TBS ketchup
1/2 C distilled white vinegar
1 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp garlic salt.

Step 1:
Whisk together all of your sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rinse chicken breasts in water and cut into cubes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Dip chicken into cornstarch, then the eggs.

Step 3:
Heat your 1/4 cup oil in large skillet, and cook chicken until browned(more yellow-y)
but not cooked

Step 4:
Place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for one hour,
make sure you turn/mix chicken every 15 minutes.

DONE!

Whilst baking the chicken make some yummy fried rice!
I'll give you the actual recipe, I kind of just threw things together using the same ingredients.

Fried Rice
Ingredients:
3 C cooked rice
3 tbs sesame oil (I used oil, then I just poured in some sesame dressing)
1 C frozen peas/carrots-thawed
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C soy sauce

Step 1:
On medium/high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet.
Add peas/carrots, onion, and garlic.
Stir fry until tender.

Step 2:
Lower heat to medium/low and push mixture off to one side.
pour eggs on the other side and fry until scrambled.
(I microwave cooked mine while I was frying the veggies. About 1 minute)

Step 3:
Add rice and soy sauce, blend all together. Stir fry until thoroughly heated.
