I Made My Mom's Amazing Carrot Cake!

My mom's carrot cake, is amazing.
Seriously the only carrot cake I will eat. 

INGREDIENTS
2 C Sugar                           4 Eggs
2 Cups Flour                1 1/2 C Oil
2 tsp Baking Soda        3 Cups Grated Carrots
2 tsp Cinnamon               1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt                           1 tsp Allspice

PROCESS 
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in eggs, oil, and carrots.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35-40 min. (until toothpick comes out clean.)
Cool.

FROSTING
Mix Until Smooth:

1 pkg cream cheese, softened. (8 oz)
16 oz powdered sugar
1/2 C butter, softened.
1 tsp Vanilla

DONE! 

and it is SOOOOOO delicious.
